JPS Malaysia Library, located at Level G, Block A, Wisma JPS, Persiaran Rimba Permai, Cyber 8, Cyberjaya. JPS Malaysia library has a floor area of approximately 300 square meters and provides seating for over 150 users.
In addition, JPS Malaysia is an engineering technical agency that conduct many studies based on National water resources. JPS Malaysia Library also has a collection of published materials such as Monograph Books, Annual Reports, Serial Publications, JPS Published Theses, Research Reports and others. To date, the JPS Malaysia Library has a collection of more than 23 thousand titles including 1 subscription to the database title, Lawnet.
JPS Malaysia Library Management System is based on a website to facilitate documentation and searching through the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC).
JPS Malaysia Library always provides the best services and facilities to all customers in line with digitization technology and current needs
On April 13, 2023, the Department of Irrigation and Drainage organized the World Quran Hour Program at JPS. This program has also been held simultaneously throughout the country.
The main goal of World Quran Hour is to encourage the community to interact with the Quran - Read, Understand and Charity in addition to working on the noble values that can be learned from the chapters in the Quran to form a way of life based on the Quran.
This year surah Al-Insaan was chosen with the theme of 'Humanising the Ummah' in an effort to realize the mission of entering heaven as a family.

On 28 February 2023, JPS Malaysia held a Best Practice Visit to the Petronas Resources Center Library. This visit was also attended by officers from the Malaysian JPS Library, Bahagian Korporat (BKOR), Bahagian Pengurusan Maklumat (BPM) serta Bahagian Bangunan dan Infrastrukur (BBI).
Among the purposes of this visit is to expand the sharing of library development information and documentation of library materials between the PETRONAS Library and the JPS Library.
