Summary: This report presents the Environment compliance Audit (ECA) for construction of Menaiktaraf Empangan Timah Tasoh Fasa 3: Pembinaan Ban Perlindungan L1 dan L8 serta Kerja-Kerja Berkaitan (Pakej 2). This ECA was conducted by an independent Environmental Auditor (EA) registered with Department of Environment (DOE) on 26th May 2022. The audit scope covers Environmental Compliance Audit against EIA Conditions of Approval and stipulated regulatory requirements. This report highlighted the audit objectives, audit scope, methodology and audit criteria of the ECA. Report on the audit findings, relevant recommendations and areas for improvement have been discussed. The report also outlines comments, issues of concern and good practices observed during the audit and where necessary recommendations are made therein for the considerations of relevant parties to act accordingly.
