The Strategic Action PLan (SAP) consists of 4 main objectives which are ensuring water suffiency, reducing flood risk, ensuring clean water and enhancement of environmental conservation. The development of the SAP was to identify the structural and non-structural measures to achieve the long-term aims of the IRBM study. The SAP one of the main tasks for the IRBM study which aims to formulate holistic strategies and action plan which is land use, legislation and Public Outreach Program (POP). The link of the SAP and CI and CBA is also analysed and presented. The Strategic Action Plan (SAP) report has been prepared specifically to provide details on identified isssues, strategic 'objectives', the identified actipn plans, costingg, time-frame, KPIs and key stakeholders and link to landuse.
