Smar Measurement merupakan satu alat inovasi yang terhasil daripada cetusan idea jurutera jajahan tumpat berikutan masalah pembaziran penggunaan diesel di pejabat ini. Alat ini berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kecekapan perkhidmatan penggunaan diesel secara berhemah bagi mengelak pembaziran bahan api. Pengurusan rekod yang tidak efektif telah menimbulkan pelbagai masalah kepada jabatan. Justeru, bagi menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi, kumpulan 'otok' telah merekacipta satu sistem pengurusan rekod dan kaedah yang bersesuaian. |
